Field Coder Ledger End-User Licence Agreement

Field Coder Ledger is a private software tool made by Plewman Construction Inc. It reads accounting data from QuickBooks Online for internal financial review. It is not sold, offered or made available to the public.

1. Who may use it

Use of Field Coder Ledger is limited to Plewman Construction Inc. and Subterra Earthworks Inc., and to people those companies authorise. No one else is licensed to use it.

2. What it does

Field Coder Ledger connects to a QuickBooks Online company only when an administrator of that company approves the connection through Intuit. It reads reports, the chart of accounts and company settings. It does not create, change or delete anything in QuickBooks.

3. Disconnecting

A connected company can be disconnected at any time from the Apps section of QuickBooks Online. Once disconnected, Field Coder Ledger can no longer read that company's data.

4. No warranty

Field Coder Ledger is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Figures it produces should be checked against QuickBooks Online before they are relied on.

5. Limitation of liability

Plewman Construction Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from use of Field Coder Ledger, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
